At NECKWAVE™, we are committed to providing a smooth, reliable, and transparent delivery experience. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.


Order Processing

To ensure fast delivery:

– Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

– Orders placed before 12:00 PM are usually processed the same day.

– Orders placed after 12:00 PM are processed the next business day.

– We ship Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order is processed, it is sent to our fulfillment partner for packaging and dispatch.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

Processing Time: 1-3 days

– Shipping Time: 7-15 days

– Tracking updates may take 2-4 days to show movement after you receive your link. This is normal during international transit.

Delivery times may vary due to:

– customs processing

– courier delays

– holidays

– high‑volume periods

You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been fulfilled.


Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Once an order has been processed and shipped:

Shipping fees are non‑refundable.


Order Modifications

To ensure fast dispatch:

– Order changes can be made within 1 hour of placing the order.

– After 1 hour, the order is already being prepared and cannot be modified or cancelled.

Please double‑check your shipping address before completing your purchase.


Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, unclaimed package, or missing recipient information, the order is eligible for a partial refund (product price minus actual shipping and return fees). Alternatively, a reshipment fee will apply if you want the item resent.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed:

– Please allow up to 5 additional business days beyond the estimated delivery window.

– Courier delays are outside of our control.

If your package appears lost, contact us and we will assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

– damaged

– defective

– or incorrect

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

– photos or video of the issue

– your order number

We will resolve the issue with a replacement.


International Shipping

International orders may be subject to:

– customs fees

– import taxes

– duties

These charges are determined by your country and are the customer’s responsibility.
